Many congregations
today are concerned about their health.
Change is a near constant factor for families, businesses
and communities. Congregations can be caught off guard
by the effects of change and find themselves reacting
to problems rather than providing direction and encouragement.
The Center for Congregational Health® wants
to help you:
- Chart a direction for the future
- Get people involved in ministries
- Deal with conflict between members
- Discover the kind of structure that your congregation
needs in order to work together
- Make the time between pastors productive
Through consultation, we help churches face a variety
of challenges from both inside and outside the congregation.
Consultants are trained in helping staffs, deacons, boards,
councils, or other leadership groups during these challenges.
We also offer an Interim Ministry
Program that congregations can use in the critical
transition period between pastors.
Our consultants assist congregations in developing a process
that gets people involved in identifying the answers to
a variety of challenges. If your church feels uncertain
or conflicted, we can help you. The congregation and its
leaders will do the work, but we can help you determine
how to get started. Our services include:
